At SharpeCoaching we are committed to delivering high-quality personal training services. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your experience, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund on personal training packages purchased directly from us if:

You notify us within 30 days of your purchase.

You have not used more than 25% of your sessions within that period.

You provide feedback on why you’re requesting a refund (to help us improve our services).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Single, fully used training sessions

Sessions booked as part of a short-term promotion (unless stated otherwise)

Customised nutrition or fitness plans that have already been delivered

Late cancellations or no-shows (see our Terms & Conditions)
3. Cancellations and Unused Sessions

If you cancel a package or plan outside the 30-day guarantee window, we may offer a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions, at our discretion.
