We offer personal training services, including one-to-one sessions, group training, and online coaching. All services are subject to availability and are provided by qualified professionals.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via our website, email, or by phone.

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment is required to confirm enrolment in and coaching available on the website.

  • Payment plans are available and can only be set up via Direct Debit.

  • We accept payment via PayPal and Direct Debit only.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or forfeited session.

  • Refunds for unused sessions or packages will be considered at our discretion.

  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with the service provided. After 30 days of the first payment date this will not be available.

5. Health and Safety

  • By booking a session, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in exercise.

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before your session.

  • We may require a doctor’s clearance in some cases to ensure your safety.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained while participating in our training sessions unless caused by our negligence.

  • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
